The Interiors

Monumental, Yet Delicate Bathrooms

Throughout the residences, a mix of rare stones—Italian marble, Spanish and Greek limestone, reclaimed marble from the original Museum of Modern Art—are used for countertops and flooring. The powder room floors are composed of inlaid, glazed hand-cut mosaic tile from Morocco.

Classically Executed Finishes

In each residence, tall steel-and-glass French doors can be closed to create separation or left open to allow for a flow between rooms. White oak cabinetry is complemented by five-inch wide walnut chevron flooring that sets a warm, sophisticated tone balanced by clean white walls.

One of New York's most storied neighborhoods, where modern life is enriched by layers of history.

At the turn of the century, many of New York's most prestigious families established homes in the grand residences surrounding Washington Square Park. Novelists like Henry James and Edith Wharton chronicled this vibrant era in their iconic works of literature.

The Village is full of large green spaces and quiet, leafy squares providing picturesque places to sit, read, or picnic outdoors.

Designed by Stanford White and completed in 1892, Washington Square Park's iconic arch is one of the neighborhood's most renowned landmarks. At night, its illuminated façade serves as a beacon to those strolling through and around the perimeter of this picturesque park.

The Village is an epicenter of cutting-edge cuisine served in rustic environs.
